Procedure and shopping/selling terms and conditions in Alternativa Webshop internet store are defined by the following parameters: order, payment, dispatch, delivery, return.
Dispatcher of goods is Alternativa Za Vas Ltd., Zlatnog Polja 98, 33000 Virovitica, Croatia. The Buyer is considered to be any adult person that has electronically ordered at least a single product, has provided all required information and has sent order form to Alternative Healing Store - Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. All prices are stated in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (HRK), with VAT included. Delivery costs are not included in the price stated on the web shop - it is calculated during the checkout process and will be shown before you finalazie your order.
You can place an order or shop as a guest or registered user.
Registration: Apart from purchasing process, you can become a registered user by clicking on “Register” option in the upper right corner of your screen and then choosing an option “Create user account”. Fill in the form with your information (first name, last name, email address, password etc.).
For each purchase, you have to sign in by entering registration data, which opens up your buyer's profile.
In order to register, you have to be over 18 years old. By creating your user account on our Web shop, you can faster and easier go through purchasing process, enter multiple delivery addresses, browse our shop and follow the status of your order and much more.
Whether you are registered buyer or a quest, purchasing process is as follows: choose the desired product. For more information on the chosen product, click on its picture or on "Learn more" link, after which you will be redirected to a page with more product information.
By choosing “Add to cart”, product will be automatically stored in your cart after which you can buy it by clicking on "View cart and checkout" option. You can choose “Continue shopping” option and choose other products and place them into you cart.
In your cart you can see all products selected, their price and quantity. Product’s quantity can be changed by inserting desired amounts into “Quantity” field. If you wish to empty your cart, on the right hand side of each product you will find the “Delete” sign (use the “X” mark) which will remove the product from your cart.
Once you have finished browsing trough products and you have decided what to purchase, click on “Checkout” button located in the upper part of the web page and follow the data entry procedure. Click on “Next” after you have completed each step. Enter the address where you wish your product to be delivered. In the next step you will see shipping costs.
By clicking on “Continue” button, you will go to payment section. In Alternative Healing Store you can pay using your credit or debit card via WSPAy system, PayPal, bank transfer or you can choose to pay cash on delivery (you pay when you receive the parcel). If your choice is to pay cash on delivery, and the delivery address is not the same as the Buyer's address, cash on delivery payment option is not applicable.
Products are considered ordered in the moment the Buyer finishes the whole ordering process. You will receive order confirmation from Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. on the email address you entered in your registration form.
If you do not receive such notification, please make sure that the product is in your cart after registration. If that is not the case, please contact us by calling +385 33 731 922 (Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm) or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. is obliged to deliver all products ordered that are in stock at the time of the dispatch. If Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. is not able to ship some of the products ordered, we will contact the Buyer via phone or email to arrange another delivery time or to cancel the order. All other products ordered will be delivered. Money paid for products that Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. can not dispatch will be reimbursed in full and in the same manner it was paid.
You can use the following methods of payment in our internet store:
- credit card
- debit card (3D secure protected)
- cash on delivery
- bank transfer/E-banking
This is the easiest form of payment in our internet store. After choosing this form of payment, you directly access the protected safety connection in which you enter your credit card number. This connection is protected by cryptic 128-bit protocols, which secures you from identity theft and fraud. As in any other sale place, the bank checks and confirms the validity of your card.
If that confirmation is successful, we will confirm your order via email. We would like to especially emphasis that card information is not stored nor remembered and it can not be accessed by employees of Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. or by any of our associates, apart from business banks we cooperate with.
You can pay with those debit cards that are 3D secured by their issuing bank.
If you do not have a credit card, or you choose not to use it, we recommend this form of payment. After you choose this form of payment, you will receive an automatic email containing order confirmation.
In that email you will find all information you need to make a payment: bank account number, amount and order number. You can pay for your order using e-banking.
If you do not use E-banking services, print out order confirmation and pay for your order wherever you usually pay for your bills: bank, post office or any financial agency. Your order will be dispatched after we receive payment confirmation.
For orders outside Croatia, bank transfer/e-banking payment is not available.
Cash on delivery
Products ordered this way are shipped immediately and you pay for them when they are delivered to you. Please make sure that you have prepared the exact amount of money for order payment, our deliverer perhaps will not be able to refund you entirely.
For orders outside Croatia, cash on delivery payment is not available.
PayPal is a service that enables you to pay, send money, and accept payments without revealing your financial details. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud. That's why PayPal is becoming more and more popular all over the world.
In our store, PayPal is available for orders outside Croatia.
Ordered products are packed in order to be protected during delivery. The Buyer is obliged to check the state of the parcel on delivery and in case of any damages immediately report such damages to deliverer.
We use Overseas Express delivery service. If you have paid with your credit card, transfer order or E-banking, your shipment is sent via registered mail.
If you chose cash on delivery payment method, your shipment is sent via registered mail, with payment directly to the deliverer of the parcel.
Delivery time within Croatia is 24-48 hours (delivery time to islands may vary). Extreme weather conditions (snow, floods etc.) can also prolong delivery time.
Outside Croatia, products are sent via registered mail. Delivery time is 7-15 days. The Buyer is responsible for paying taxes and customs according to the laws of his country.
Croatia – flat rate: 25 HRK, for orders over 399 HRK delivery is free!
Outside of Croatia - delivery costs vary depending on package weight.
Shipping and packaging time: ordered products are shipped on weekdays, within one or two days after order confirmation is received. Your package will be delivered on the address stated as a contact address in your registration form. Please state exact address with postal number and home phone number into your contact details.
Important: If you discover any damages of your parcel when it is delivered, please report those damages to deliverer and open the parcel in his/her presence. If any of your products is damaged, make a report with the help of our deliverer. That report has to be signed by both you and the deliverer. You will receive one copy and other will stay with the deliverer. Please contact us regarding occurred damages so we can refund you as soon as possible.
Lost parcel: If the Buyer does not receive parcel or dispatch notification in due time, expected due time being 3 working days, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller about that via email to email@example.com or by calling +385 33 731 922 (Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm) in order to start the procedure of parcel retrieval.
Costs of returned shipments: If the Buyer refuses to collect a parcel from postal office after he/she has received dispatch notification or if he/she refuses to receive parcel he/she has ordered from deliverer, the Seller has the right on compensation of all expenses regarding the shipment in question.
The Seller is obliged to deliver products that are in accordance with product descriptions on web shop pages. All products are examined before packaging and shipment and if you find any damages, kindly inform us right away via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the shipment content is not in line with your order, please return the package and we will send you new parcel containing the right product, at our expense. Replacement product will be sent as soon as we receive product in question, but only if product replacement requirements are met.
Product has to be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (if damages are not the reason for shipment return) with original receipt delivered to the Buyer with the shipment. Otherwise, we will NOT accept returns.
Image of the product on the web page matches the real appearance of that product, but, minor difference in color may appear due to image quality or your computer screen and the Buyer can not use this segment in return claims.
The Seller is not responsible for possible damages and other liabilities in the domain of the deliverer (company that performs delivery services). If your parcel was damaged during the transport, return it via deliverer to our address and you will receive new parcel with undamaged products at our expense.
We would like to emphasize that products that are returned, changed or damaged have to have original documentation that was delivered to you with the products in question. Products have to be returned in their original packaging and appropriately protected in order to prevent possible further damages in transport.
Right of contract termination
The Buyer has the right to terminate the contract according to the Article 44 of Consumer Protection Act.
If the parcel was sent, for any reason, prior to contract termination notification, the Buyer can terminate the contract, but has to pay for packaging and delivery costs in contractual amount of 50 HRK (VAT included), or, if the costs exceed contractual 50 HRK, full costs of delivery.
In the case of contract termination after delivery, the Buyer is obliged to return products undamaged and in their original packaging at his/her own expense.
Delivery is considered finalized at the moment Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. hands the product to delivery service.
Alternativa Za Vas Ltd. will reduce the amount which is to be returned to the Buyer by the amount of packaging and delivery costs, if all of the above mentioned assumptions have been met.
According to the Article 81, paragraph 2 of Consumer Protection Act (National Gazette, number 79/09, 125/07, amended in 79/09 and 89/09), we inform our customers that customer complaints regarding the quality of our services can be delivered in a written form to our address: Alternativa Za Vas Ltd., Zlatnog Polja 98, 33000 Virovitica, Croatia.
We will send you a written response no later than 15 days after the reception of your complaint. Please state your personal information in your complaint: first name, last name and address to which our answer can be dispatched.
